Signature Massage

My signature massage is a therapeutic blend of advanced tools and techniques designed to relieve muscle pain, tension, stress, and stubborn knots. It incorporates:

• Hot stones – We use as many stones as necessary (10 - 20) for maximum relaxation and muscle release. Most spas use only 2–4, but we go above and beyond to ensure deep, consistent warmth throughout the session.

• PEMF devices – These help increase blood flow and oxygenation, boost ATP production in the cellular mitochondria for natural energy, facilitate pain-free trigger point release, and support metabolic waste removal.

• Percussion/vibration tools – Ideal for quick muscular relief and tissue stimulation.

• Heat or cold packs – To soothe inflammation or encourage relaxation as needed.

• And of course, hands-on massage – Delivered with your choice of light, medium, or deep pressure after trigger points have been released, for a more effective and comfortable experience.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a specialized form of our Signature Massage designed to cater to the unique needs of athletes and individuals engaged in physical activities. We apply techniques such as deep tissue (once trigger points are removed), stretching to address muscle tightness, improve flexibility and range of motion, reduce muscle soreness and promote overall relaxation.

Trigger Point Massage

Trigger Point massage focuses on highly localized areas of muscular disfunction and discomfort which are usually causing referred pain pattern (You feel pain or discomfort in an area but, it is actually coming from completely different muscular source). During the massage our therapist applies pressure to the area of congestion within the muscle improving blood flow and alleviating pain and discomfort. This type of massage aims to delete the pain referral which will of course, reduce the muscle tension, enhance flexibility, and promote overall relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage

We love hot stones! Hot Stones are part of our signature and are used primarily for their therapeutic benefits. Applying heat to your tired, aching muscles can be a great way to relieve tension naturally by melting the tissue and relieving the splinting within the musculature. This then reveals the original injury so it can be corrected. We use lava, river, ceramic, and lake stones to massage your tense muscles and help you relax. They are a treat!

A traditional Swedish massage relies on long, full strokes to relax muscles, release tension, and relieve stress.
