Upon scheduling your first appointment, you’ll receive an email containing all required intake forms and disclosures through ClinicSense. This allows us to maintain a seamless, paperless onboarding process and ensures your session is tailored to your specific needs. All forms must be completed prior to your appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ scheduled times, while full session fees will still apply.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
• All payments are non-refundable.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that time to another client in need of care.
We truly understand that emergencies can happen. If something unexpected arises, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or changes in health prior to your session. Certain conditions may require modifications or may not be suitable for massage or StimaWELL therapy.
Our spa is a professional, therapeutic environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.
Results from massage therapy and StimaWELL treatments may vary by individual. While many clients experience relief and improved mobility, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
